Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Birmingham West Midlands upto 18.5K Plus Tips and Live In

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this beautiful Country House Hotel located close to Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV and demonstrate the ability to produce good, all fresh cooking to rosette standard. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion, the ability to keep calm, someone who works well under pressure and encourages the best from the rest of the team.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have at least 2 years experience in all fresh kitchens with the ability to work all sections and a stable background. You will ideally have experience in 1 or 2 rosette kitchens although this is not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.  The Head Chef may consider a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for a step up.

There is live in available for this position but it would also suit anyone living in the Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Walsall or possibly Coventry or Nuneaton areas.


Salary upto £18,500 (depending upon experience)
