Chef de Partie Dining Pub Brecon Powys upto 18.5k Plus Tips Live In

Great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this respected Rosette and Michelin rated country Inn, set in panoramic welsh countryside close to the Brecon Beacons.

The well-established restaurant takes pride in using the finest local and seasonal produce available, growing some items in their own kitchen garden, and moving into using some foraged items from the Brecon Mountains, hedgerows and forests.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has genuine passion for food, someone who has worked in rosette standard properties and who gets exited cooking award winning full flavour food.

Live in is available but may also suit anyone living in the Brecon, Hay-On-Wye, Llandrindod Wells, Crickhowell, or possibly Abergavenny or Hereford area with their own transport.


Basic salary upto £18,500 (depending upon experience)
Equal Share of tips (normally 2-3k per year)
Meals on Duty and Uniforms Provided
Live in Available
