Chef de Partie Chatham Kent upto 17.5k

Chef de Partie required for this busy hotel with restaurant serving good fresh food, bar, regular weddings and conference and banqueting for large numbers.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie that has a real eye for detail and wants to go that extra mile to produce good food.  You will be required to work in all sections as necessary and assist with the training and development of junior team members.

As Chef de Partie you will be cooking for all areas of the hotel, including banqueting so ideally you will have some experience with high volume all fresh cooking.

Chef de Parties applying for this position will need to have a proven track record in hotel kitchens, and most of all work well as a team player. They may consider someone looking for a step up if you have the right attitude and a solid background.

This is a live out position so may suit anyone living in the Chatham, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Rochester and Aylesford areas.


Basic Salary upto £17,500 (Depending upon experience)
