We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our New Site Opening Brewers Fayre in Cockermouth, Cumbria. You'll support the management and wider team in delivering strong sales by ensuring you have a highly engaged team and a fantastic guest experience to make us famous locally. You'll do this by being a motivator and a natural leader and investing your time in the people around you and in the guest. Your key focus will be around consistency and you'll come equipped with energy, ideas and enthusiasm and a passion and work ethic that you'll embed into the team around you.

Wow, in this second-in-command role you could be first in line to be a General Manager faster than you think! When your GM is absent, you'll have all the responsibility of running the show, leading and motivating your team to make our food the hero and deliver stunning service standards.
