I have a fantastic opportunity for an operations manager to play a pivotal role in launching a brand new premium leisure facility in a prestigious central London location. My clients will be launching their club later this year which is new and exciting concept for the fitness industry, focused around offering members a fantastic and bespoke training facility supported by world class trainers and coaches and medical practitioners, many of whom are already working with several of our top sporting athletes.

Interested candidates will need to have significant operational experience working at the premium end of the health and fitness market, your role will be focused on ensuring the members receive an outstanding service, there will be a huge focus on putting together the front of house team that can deliver the same level of service as a 5* Central London hotel and ensure that the retention of members and the numbers of referrals are maximised.

You will also have full responsibility for the health and safety and operational performance within the club including maintenance and cleaning You will also work closely with the Director Of Sales in hosting member events and open days and the lead personal trainer in ensuring their diaries and appointments are optimised throughout the week,. It is essential that interested candidates have a huge passion for the leisure industry. In addition to a very competitive basic salary my client is offering a significant bonus package and the opportunity to step up into the general management position as the brand is rolled out throughout London and to other European cities making this a very exciting and much sought after opportunity.
