General Manager – Corporate Contract Catering

Salary: £48,000 per year plus PRB

Location: City of London

The Role

We are looking for an inspirational leader, someone who can take the standards of this contract to the next level. You will have experience in a high pressure environment either in a similar corporate role or from a Michelin star restaurant or 5* hotel. You will be responsible for recruitment, management and training of all staff and be able to manage and influence a very demanding client. You will have experience in events and corporate meetings – must understand the service levels required for this position. You will be able to work alongside Chefs to ensure bespoke menus are provided tailored to the client’s requests with an immaculate eye for detail and time keeping. You will supervise all operations and have experience contract T/O £3 million. You will be impeccably well presented and have an excellent command of English whilst being able to embrace the international client. This role demands a flexible character who can adapt to a client’s needs and develop a nurtured relationship to get the best out of working practice.

The Successful Candidate:

  • High Profile Corporate Banking Contract / Michelin Star Operation  / 5* Hotel background essential

  • Leadership– NOT man management

  • Flexible on Working hours from Monday - Friday

  • Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
