Sous Chef - Catering Kitchen Day Shifts

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Location: London

A Catering Kitchen in South East London, Dulwich, is looking for a Sous Chef. The kitchen caters to a large number of customers for breakfasts, lunch, afternoon tea, snacks as well as catering to private events in the evening.

For this reason Chefs will need to have volume experience, be able to handle catering different types of cuisines and be able to manage 2 junior chefs.

The hours for this role are 7-4 or 9-6, over 5 days. This role is the perfect one for a chef looking for balance in their life, perhaps someone who is tired of double shifts, has a family, or just wants to have some time for themselves. You must be able to commute to Dulwich, South East London, on a daily basis.
