Chef de Partie - Hixter Bankside, London Bridge
We are looking for Chef de Parties to join our team at Mark Hix’s restaurant, Hixter Bankside, London Bridge.
Set behind the Tate Modern, and just minutes away from Borough Market, Hixter Bankside follows the success of Tramshed - awarded Time Out's Best Meat Restaurant just months after openingand focuses on chicken and steak! Set in what used to be an old metal box factory, the building is full of fascinating artwork from leading British artists, and the menu delivers chicken and steak in sizes designed to share. And downstairs, is hidden the latest outpost of Mark's award-winning cocktail bar.
The right chef de partie will be a team player with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for cooking. We try and promote from within and as we have other restaurants in London there is plenty of opportunity for progression if you have the right HIXY attitude!
It will be a demanding role in a 100+ cover restaurant (approx) so at least two years' experience in a similar environment and a strong command of English is essential.This is a great opportunity to work with one of Britain's leading chefs and restaurateurs, Mark Hix as part of a growing business.
