Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum plus Tips
Location: Beachfield Hotel, Penzance
Sous Chef required for this superb Coastal Hotel and Restaurant that has built a fantastic reputation for using all fresh, local seasonal ingredients including lots of fish and shellfish coming in from the day boat fishermen.
The Hotel is part of a small group that strongly believes in training its staff well giving everyone free access to a variety of training courses if they wish to further develop themselves as a chef and their management skills
As Sous Chef would also be expected to assist with menu development, help train the juniors and run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
There is no live in for this position (they may be able to assist short term) but this would best suit somebody living in the Penzance, Mousehole, Treen, Sennen Cove, Hayle, Newlyn, Newbridge or St Ives area with their own transport
