Commis Chef pushing for Rosettes Cambridge Upto 17K Plus Temporary Live in
A Commis Chef is required for this busy Country Hotel and Leisure complex located close to Cambridge with casual dining concept, midweek corporate and weekend wedding and leisure customers. Fast paced restaurant serving rosette standard food and busy weddings and events.
As Commis Chef you will be preparing, cooking and serving fresh seasonal ingredients to rosette standards. You will receive training from the Head, Sous and Chef de Parties.
The Head Chef is looking for a Commis Chef with previous experience of cooking all fresh ingredients consistently to a high standard. Rosette experience would be a bonus but not essential if you can demonstrate willingness to constantly improve your skills.
As Commis Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists under the supervision of Chef de Partie aiming to run the section. Depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.
Temporary live in is available but ultimately this is a live out position. Due to the location of this property applicants need their own form of transport. The position may suit anyone living in the Cambridge, Great Cambourne, St Neots or possibly Huntingdon areas.
- Basic Salary of upto £17,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
