Customer Service Team Member - Full Time

Oxygen Freejumping is the market leading trampoline park chain in the UK. Started in early 2015 by the Founders of LA Fitness and CEO of ukactive, Fred Turok and David Stalker, Oxygen has two parks in West Acton and Southampton. A further 7 sites are due to launch throughout Summer 2016 making Oxygen the leading operator in the UK. Over the course of the next 2 years the company will grow to represent a chain of 25 parks throughout the UK. Each Oxygen park is a unique activity offering blending sport, fitness, play and fun with everything from formal gymnastics and parkour, fitness classes, Freejumping sessions and even birthdays. Oxygen is leading a truly innovative concept for the UK leisure market.

Customer Service Team Member Role and Responsibilities:

As a Member of the Customer Service Team your responsibilities will be very diverse and the right candidate will actively look to develop in many areas. Just some of the responsibilities are listed below:

  • Answer all telephone and email enquiries in a positive and friendly manner
  • Process bookings and handle payments over the telephone
  • Explain the rules of the park to customers
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Give customers a clear understanding of what to expect when they visit the venue
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Build relationships with customers to promote repeat business

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering above and beyond
  • An engaging character with the ability to make people smile
  • Previous experience working within leisure and in a customer service/ admin role
  • Excellent communicator comfortable liaising with customers and with colleagues and managers.
  • You will be able to think quickly, reacting to and handling situations calmly
  • A passion for activity and living a healthy lifestyle
  • Ability to speak confidently on the telephone
  • Proficient in using computers,  MS Office and booking systems
  • You are able to multitask and prioritise your time effectively
  • Previous sales experience an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Target driven
