Chef de Partie pushing for a Rosette Ipswich Suffolk upto 20K package
Chef de Partie required for this superb Country House Hotel restaurant pushing for its first rosette.
The fast paced restaurant will serve upto 200 plus covers per day pushing for a rosette, so the Head Chef is looking for somebody who can keep calm under pressure and deliver consistently good cooking to a high standard.
As Chef de Partie you will run a section and be responsible for ensuring all your daily prep is completed. You will also be responsible for a Demi and possibly a Commis chef and part of your duties will be to assist with their development and making sure they complete tasks to the correct standard.
There is no live in for this position so we are looking for candidates living in the Ipswich, Stowmarket or Felixstowe area with their own transport.
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £17,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
Equal Share of Staff Tips (normally £3,000 plus per year)
