Junior Sous Chef Cambridge Cambridgeshire upto 23K Plus Tips

Junior Sous Chef required for this Superb privately owned Country House Hotel and Award Winning Restaurant  

The hotel is a popular business and wedding venue with a fine dining restaurant pushing for 3 rosettes. The Head Chef is looking for Junior Sous with previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients ideally with previous experience of Rosette standard cooking. The position may suit a Strong Chef de Partie looking the next step in their career.

As Junior Sous Chef should be a good communicator and be capable of running any section and have the confidence to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef on their days off and holidays etc

This is a live out position so applicants will need to live in the Cambridge, Milton or Newmarket area with their own transport if required
