Sous Chef Creative Modern European Dining Room London

A stunning Dining Room in Fitzrovia is looking for a Sous Chef for their talented chef brigade. With the rest of the senior team from Michelin and Rosette backgrounds this is an immensely talented group of chefs leading and growing passionate and determined junior chefs. As a sous chef you should have experience working on all kitchen sections including the confidence to run a busy pass. Lunch and dinner service can cater to over 150 covers each, so volume must not scare you.

Creativity is essential as this restaurant would love to win accolades and continue to have a good reputation in the London hospitality and catering industry.

The food is Modern European cuisine with heavy influences from British seasons and produce.

This role involves working 7 shifts over 5 days with the potential for a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus overtime.
