Located in Central London this restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to run their high volume, modern European restaurant kitchen. Designed by talented architects this space is gorgeous and airy and very popular with locals in the area as well as the capitals foodies.
The cuisine is Modern, all day dining with seasonal influences from across Europe. This is the perfect role for a passionate Head Chef looking to work in the city centre, looking to develop themselves as a Chef and a manager and to make a name for themselves within the hospitality and catering industry.
This role will require a Head Chef with strong management and volume experience. With over 500 customers a day walking through the doors this is a busy operations which requires a level headed, cool, calm and collected Head Chef to run the kitchen. Service is constant throughout the day due to the all day dining aspect of the menu so you must be confident to train a team to be able to handle this. On top of ensuring the food that leaves the pass is up to the Restaurants standards you also need to recruit, train, develop and manage a large Chef brigade. It is also important that you are confident with your computing skills as ordering, rotas, stock and labour is all inputted on a daily basis through an advanced computer system.
The salary for this role is large to reflect the high level of service charge and can be up to £38,000 a year.
