Pastry Chef de Partie 3 Rosette Devon 22K Plus Tips

Pastry Chef de Partie required for this Luxury County House Hotel and Spa to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings. The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with all-round pastry experience in a good Hotel ideally with 2 -3 Rosette experience.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be expected to be self-motivated and organised completing your daily prep lists and ensuring that all required pastry, Breads, Ice creams, Biscuits and Desserts are prepared as required.
