Banqueting Junior Sous Chef Crewe Cheshire upto 19.5K plus Possible Live In

A Banqueting Junior Sous Chef is required to work at this fast paced award winning hotel located in Crewe. As Banqueting Junior Sous Chef you should have the necessary skills and confidence required to organise, prepare and send functions to a rosette standard.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients in a busy hotel environment. Rosette experience would be an advantage but not essential if you have a stable cv with previous banqueting experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational, cooking and presentation skills while producing moderately high volumes of food.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to take on more responsibility and develop their career further.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.

This position offers live in if required but might also suit anyone with their own transport living in the Crewe, Stoke-On-Trent, Macclesfield, Northwich, Chester or Wrexham areas.
