Junior Sous Chef required for this superb well equipped country hotel and leisure complex with Restaurant, lounge bar and separate banqueting suites to assist with serving of plated 3 course meals, canapés, hog roasts, BBQ’s, finger buffets.
As Junior Sous Chef you must have previous experience of working with all fresh ingredients in hotels or restaurants rosette experience would be a bonus but is not essential if you can demonstrate good cooking skills and have the ambition to serve consistently high standards of cooking.
As Junior Sous Chef you must have good all-round skills and be capable of running any section as required to ensure the smooth flow of service. You must be a good team player and be able to communicate effectively with the team and have the confidence to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Live in is available if required but may also suit anyone living in the Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hertford or Stevenage area with their own transport if required
Basic salary of £25,000 (depending upon experience)
