Hot Tub Cleaner and Maintenance Person- Part-time or Full-time

Position Description

Excellent opportunity to work in our friendly and busy holiday resort, Finlake Nr Newton Abbot, Devon.  We have over 120 hot tubs to check on daily as well as clean and maintain them.  Working as part of a hot tub cleaning and maintenance team across a range of lodges, ensuring all external hot tubs and areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and safety levels.  Assisting colleagues to create a welcoming environment for our owners and holiday makers.  We are looking for reliable and flexible people who don’t mind the hard physical work involved and working outdoors. 

We’re looking for diligent and committed people who won’t let us down, especially in our busy summer months. 

Hours & Shifts

Various shifts available, in particular we need the team to work regularly on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays as these are our busy arrival/departure days

Shifts vary on a rota based based on the demand of the business.  Our most common shifts are likely to be either:  9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p..m. or 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

We have full-time 40 hours a week as well as part-time hours for 2 to 3 days a week.

Rate of pay

Age applicable national minimum wage

Paid holidays based on the number of hours you work.

This is a flexible contract that could lead to a permanent position.

Required Experience

  • Preferred pool plant or spa experience (basic water testing). However, full training can be provided if you’re prepared to put in the work.
  • COSHH experience
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to move and use heavy equipment will be required.
  • A full drivers licence will be required as you will drive a buggy around the park
  • Attention to detail – cleaning experience, we’re all about high standards
  • Current UK driving licence
