Health & Beauty Counter Manager - Cheshire Oaks - 36.5 hrs
Our Counter Managers work as part of our Cosmetics team and focus on delivering specialist one to one service for all our customer’s cosmetics needs.
You will be there to deliver exceptional customer service through proactive selling, encouraging add on sales, and promoting and maintaining a strong brand image through excellent visual displays. Through coaching and developing team members you will also be there to share knowledge on your products or treatments keeping up to date on advances within the cosmetics industry.
This is a fully flexible role and will require you to work up to 5 out of 7 full days per week for which rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance (including weekends & bank holidays). The days and times for each shift may vary depending on the business needs.
An enthusiastic and confident individual you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, which you can adapt to meet a range of customer needs and build rapport quickly. You will be able to proactively sell as well as being able to coach and develop individuals to succeed. Organisational skills and innovation are also essential and due to financial accounting you will need to be numerate.
