Sales Adviser (XMAS Temp) - Perth - 16 to 30 hrs
Christmas is a busy and exciting time for Debenhams. In order to provide our customers with an exceptional service we need some extra help in the coming months. Joining our team as a Sales Advisers you will be the first point of contact for our customers demonstrating a friendly and enthusiastic welcome. This temporary role will offer you the chance to experience the exciting variation that comes with working in retail at our busiest time of year.
Our Sales Advisers use their knowledge of our business to promote our fantastic events, products and services. They offer our customers more ways to shop through their awareness of our ordering services and online shopping. They strive to deliver the best possible service at every opportunity; whether at the till point, on the shop floor or in the fitting rooms every customer matters to us.
A strong attention to detail through ensuring high standards of product presentation and keeping our displays immaculate and well replenished is vital. Equally, an ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach are qualities which help create the best possible shopping experience.

For some of our stores our Christmas vacancies could take effect as early as September and run through until early January and will require you to be available within the local area for this period. Our staff will be required to work some of our most important trading dates which include 3 rd / 4 th , 10 th / 11 th , 17 th / 18 th , 23 rd / 24 th and 26 th Dec, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
This is a fully flexible role and will require you to work up to 5 out of 7 full days per week for which rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance (including weekends & bank holidays). The days and times for each shift may vary depending on the business needs.
