Business Manager £40 - £55,000 + up to 20% performance related
You will be responsible for managing a multi-site group of facilities. You will lead your managers to deliver exceptional performance, standards and customer service; ensure that your team carries out robust plans to maximise opportunities and minimise risk; establish efficient and effective solutions; motivate and develop your team to success.
General Manager £30 - £45,000 + up to 20% performance related
As a General Manager you will manage one or more of our sport and leisure facilities. You will ensure that all aspects of the operation are of the highest standard and deliver outstanding customer service; organise efficient and effective deployment of your team; motivate and develop your team to be the best and to deliver commercial and operational success.
All these opportunities require previous experience in the leisure sector with working knowledge of wet sites. In addition, the Divisional Business Manager and Business Manager positions both require several years experience operating in a multi-site environment within leisure.
