Award winning Events catering Company in London is now recruiting for n Executive Sous Chef to work with the Group Executive Chef & Head Chef to manage and develop this very Busy Events Kitchen & Venues.

You must have:

Strong Sous/ head Chef experience especially working in a high volume / quality environment

Good Hotels & Events Experience

Be highly Creative and passionate about working with good produce and have great presentation

Good understanding of Logistics

Strong manager, leader and motivator

Be able to liaise with other people in the events team from Front of house to sales and the Client!

Top Food & Hygiene standards

Understanding of Costings / Gp and computer literate

Love the buzz of working in the events environment
