Senior Chef de Partie Shepton Mallet Somerset upto 25K Plus Tips

A Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level candidate required to join the team at this well established country inn serving rosette standard dishes created from fresh local seasonal ingredients.

The Head Chef has a full team but is looking for a strong candidate to help bolster the team to ensure consistency is maintained and to allow for holidays etc

He is looking for somebody who has the necessary skills to organise and complete daily prep, the ability when required to run any section and possibly run the kitchen on occasion.

This could be a perfect role for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up to Sous Chef without all of the responsibility that goes with that position

Ideally you will have a creative side and put forward some menu ideas of your own; the Head Chef has plenty of ideas but is always open to new menu suggestions or daily specials.

There is possible live in for this position but the owners would prefer someone living in Shepton Mallet, Frome, Trowbridge, or possibly Bath area with their own Transport.

Salary upto £20,000 - £25,000 (depending upon experience)
