Catering Manager for Heritage Venue in South East of UK

£27-30k basic

Attracting thousands of visitors each year, this stunning venue comprises of a restaurant, café, numerous seasonal pop ups and a very busy event calendar.

We are looking for a Head of Catering who is able to deliver a profitable first class customer experience.

Our client is looking for a hospitality professional who has genuine passion for food and service.

We are seeking a creative and inspiring Head of Catering who has extensive experience and a background within the venues/visitor attractions/leisure sector.

The Head of Catering will be responsible for all catering units, weddings, banqueting and event business.

You will manage the day to day in-house catering operations and any additional catering units on site, through daily food production, active management, leadership, training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding eating experience for all our visitors whilst identifying and maximising opportunities to generate income.

Setting and monitoring of catering standards will be high on the agenda. Delivering high standards of service, maximising profitability, ensuring consistency and efficiency are key focuses.

We are looking for an individual who is able to continuously develop the catering business and staff within the overall site business development strategy and the wider catering strategy.
