Support Crew - Retreat - Retail and Customer Service at Ardgartan, Argyll

The role is exceptionally multi-faceted and interesting. In essence, it involves doing anything and everything to deliver customer delight - from greeting customers; working in a busy reception; basic food preparation and service; being part of a retail team and making sure that our sites and cabins are clean and welcoming when customers arrive.

You’ll champion our ethical and ecological values, promote our activities, and be open and available to customers for advice, help and service. As a flexible, enthusiastic member of the team you will be happy to get involved in other activities on site and will have experience of following processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Passionate about creating unique and memorable holiday experiences, you should have a background that involves resolving customer issues and balancing the demands of customer service and commercial success. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with customers and have a helpful, positive personality. You will see problems as opportunities, and though you are confident and independent, you will also be a team player. Basic IT literacy would be an advantage and you should understand how everything that you do can impact on profit and loss.
