Sous Chef | £28k to £32k | Quality Fresh Food | East London

My client, one of the most innovative food companies in Europe is currently looking for a hardworking Sous Chef. They cook high-end, Rosette-standard meals in their East London based kitchen and deliver it to the customers to be heated at their convenience; it is like having a personal chef.

The Chef de Partie will have:

  • Experience working with fresh produce in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to run a busy kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Good work ethics, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent cooking skills and experience in working with others
  • Desire to work 5 straight shifts per week, around 45 hours
