The Place…

My client is a high end Brassiere and bar creating an  atmosphere with European and new American cuisine that will offer one of the best in the city. It will operate at Rosette standard and pride itself on great produce and ingredients alongside a varied cocktail menu offering, wine list and beers.

The 150 cover restaurant spotlights a modern and stylish surrounding whist in a unique setting with an overseeing mezzanine level to take in the gorgeous views of the bar and restaurant.

The Opportunity…

An opportunity has arisen for Bar Manager to join the team. This excellent opportunity involves producing high quality cuisine and ensuring the front of house staff  operates in the correct way offering the highest standard of customer service.

 This will be a launch of a new site, however there are procedures for the brand to follow & expected to work consistently, to ensure the customer has the best possible experience.

The Requirements…

·Ideally a Rosette background in a high quality bar/restaurant

·Stock control experience

·Keen and Passionate adding strength to run a successful team

·Ensure service standards are maintained 

·Ensure the team are correctly uniformed, in line with company standards and understand the importance of personal hygiene
