We are the offering the opportunity to work for one of the top Companies to work for in the UK today, a business that is incredibly successful and who are widely recognised for really looking after and developing their teams and who offer marketing leading basic salaries and exceptional OTE’s to attract and retain the very sales managers to work at one of their multi award winning holiday parks. Interested candidates must be available to relocate to any of their coastal parks around the country, geographical flexibility is essential.
 As sales manager you will be leading and directing a team of 5 sales people to sell with complete integrity and to achieve daily and monthly sales targets selling quality holiday homes through a consultative sales process that lasts several hours. There is a huge focus within the business on ensuring that the prospects and ultimately owners receive a great customer experience from the first point of contact they have within the park. You are selling a lifestyle investment and it is essential that each owner receives the very best guidance throughout the process and that their initial investment is the start of a long and successful partnership that will often transcend generations of families. You will be leading your team to meet and exceed holiday home sales targets and it’s essential that interested candidates have the leadership qualities, coaching and development skills to ensure you consistently lead your team through to success. You will be working as a senior manager on the holiday park and as such you will need to have a positive influence right across the business to ensure that all of the management team and front line staff are working towards a common goal of supporting the sales team to generate and convert the maximum amount of quality leads from both the existing holidaymakers as well as from the huge number of incoming leads that come through from high profile newspaper and magazine advertising, television campaigns and an industry leading CRM network.  You will also play a pivotal role in building relationships and partnerships with the existing owners, many of whom part exchange and upgrade their holiday homes.
Due to the market leading financial package on offer my client is only interested  in talking to candidates who have excelled in a senior sales management capacity and preference will be given to those candidates who have worked within a consultative sales capacity ideally targeting the family leisure market  which could include car sales, Health & Fitness and Hospitality Sales Management.  A full driving licence is also required and preference will be given to those candidates who can be flexible to relocate in the future to further their own career.
