Chef De Partie Monday-Friday 33,000 per annum London Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work at EY 25 Churchill Place.
Location: EY, E14 5EY
Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu standards
- Check all dishes to ensure they are well-presented
- Oversee a specific kitchen station, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist and train junior kitchen staff as needed
- During busy service periods, ensuring food is prepared quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality. Managing multiple tasks and coordinating with the kitchen team to handle demand.
Previous Hospitality Chef de Partie background is essential
