Hospitality Sous Chef 38,000 per annum London Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef to work at CBRE (Henrietta House).
Location: CBRE
Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 till 15:00 + overtime
- Develop and design innovative salad and finger food menus
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
- Responsible for the running of the hospitality section from working breakfast to fine dining lunches. Including sandwich lunches
- Responsible for some fine dining, around 10 covers a month
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling
