Woodcote Park, our country clubhouse in the Surrey countryside is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to deliver exceptional service in our exclusive and fine dining restaurant Stirling's and the Hurricane and Lounge Bar Area. Offering a role with a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast paced environment this role is critical in delivering 5* service to our members at all times.

Hurricane Bar has a full bar and a light daytime menu offering snacks, sandwiches, salads and afternoon tea. Our Lounge menu offers snacks, sandwiches, salads and Afternoon Tea. Stirlings is our fine dining restaurant.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor with Cocktail Bar operational knowledge to deliver exceptional service primarily in our fine dining restaurant Stirling’s. The role extends to supervisory responsibilities of the two bars within the Stirling’s and Lounge department. You will be supporting the Manager/ Assistant Manager with the day to day running of Stirling’s Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, Hurricane Bar and Lounge based in our prestigious Woodcote Park Clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and gold courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
  • To ensure the effective running of your section and floor in absence of Manager/Assistant Manager
  • Support Manager with daily operation of the restaurant and bar

About you:

  • Extensive previous experience in a similar role and environment
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic food hygiene  - level 1 & 2
  • Awareness of Licencing laws
  • People management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Player
