Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing (CBHW) is searching for a highly qualified, professional Sports Coach to deliver a variety of sports and activities, including Tennis and Football, on a brand-new luxury cruise liner, MSC World America, sailing Miami to the Caribbean throughout 2025.

Role and responsibilities

• Leads and delivers high-quality coaching to guests with varying abilities.
• Plans fun, engaging and safe tournaments and sessions for relevant age groups
• Explains and enforces health and safety rules and regulations
• Performs regular inventory and upkeep of all equipment and supplies
• Performs regular health and safety checks of all sports facilities
• Planning and coordinating the on-board schedule
• Drives the creation, development, and delivery of sports and activities for passengers
• Monitors session insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement
• Continuously evaluates processes and procedures and updates when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies.
• Supports the development of new products and ideas
• Liaises with on-board representatives to optimise session delivery
• Maintains daily information, hours of operation, activities, etc., for the guests' benefit, adhering to ship requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role: Minimum L3 coaching qualification, relevant degree desirable
• Proven track record in coaching various sports and activities to a high standard
• Minimum of two year's coaching experience
• Management experience is desirable
• Experience in the travel sector is desirable
• Minimum of 21 years old
• Experience in multi-tasking projects, ability to problem-solve
• IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC proficient
