What We're Looking For:

• You pride yourself on learning the list from an academic and emotive point of view and are able to sell wines in a respectful, calm manner whilst creating a memorable guest experience
• You ideally hold a WSET L2 qualification or equivalent
• You are eager to learn about food and wine pairing and dedicate yourself to the expansion of knowledge and understanding
• You are affable and a friendly person willing to work closely together in a small team
• You are organised and tidy....this is important in a smaller restaurant
