Hello Brighton!

Pearly Cow & No.124 By GuestHouse will shortly be opening their doors as one of the most anticipated restaurant and hotel openings on the South Coast in the autumn of 2024. We'll be taking pride of place right on the seafront and will be Brighton's newest-boutique-hotel-by-the-sea.

We're now looking to recruit a superstar Kitchen Porters to strengthen our back house team which will enable to us to become the go to foodie destination in Brighton.

The Job

As one of our Kitchen Porters, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean, tidy and in ship shape order ready for a busy service. You'll ne cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment amongst other tasks, all whilst complying to Health & Safety guidelines.

- Hard working and driven

- Experience working in a busy kitchen.

- Able to work a variety of early or late shifts

- If you have level 2 food safety, this will be a bonus.
