The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met. You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

You should have a proven track record of working in a similar role and be confident in managing and training junior members of the team. You should also have a good understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations and be committed to maintaining these standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing and training junior members of the kitchen team
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • A strong passion for food and cooking
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
