We provide ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a chance to work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GROUPS & RESERVATIONS COORDINATOR This role can be either part time or full time depending on the right candidate What you'll be doing... Reporting to the Multi Site Sales Director, you can expect your working day to include the following: Delivering consistency of high level of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers and maximize the financial performance of the hotel. Ensuring all the telephone calls are answered and handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the brand standards. Ensuring all new & existing bedroom and meeting room bookings checks are carried out in accordance with departmental and brand standards. Ensuring all reservations enquiries are dealt with a prompt and professional manner in accordance with brand standards. To be responsible for the day-to-day duties with selling the hotel and entering individual/groups/meeting room reservations, including arrivals checks, processing payments and communication to the hotel team. Being fully conversant with Opera Cloud PMS system and TARS and the associated procedures and systems. Upselling and cross selling targets are achieved, including the loyalty programme, ALL. Completing other projects when and when required.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU To succeed in the role of Multi Site Groups & Reservations Coordinator t you will need the following qualities and skills: Enthusiastic and a self-motivated person with excellent written and verbal communication skills and team spirit. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Computer literate is essential and Opera cloud PMS knowledge is preferable Accor operating systems knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
