Central Sales & Events Executive
Location: Chiswick, W4 3NN
An opportunity has become available to join our Sales & Events team at Fuller's. Working in the Central Sales & Events team, this role is responsible for answering incoming enquiries via phone calls, lead generation activity and the Central events inbox. Key focus is to maximise the pre booked business and ensure a smooth customer booking journey through consultative selling, in line with the overall pre-booked strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Working within the sales & events team to deliver the overall pre-booked sale strategy focusing on personal targets and improvement of system usage.
Answering overflow and direct calls with the primary focus of driving bookings into the pubs and delivering a premium customer experience.
Using Live Chat with primary focus of driving bookings into the pubs and delivering a premium customer experience.
Responding to incoming email enquiries via Central events inbox and Atreemo Sales Lead Portal.
Using Collins to cross sell, upsell and increase conversion.
Quickly and efficiently answering all types of booking and event enquiries.
Support with rehousing events and bookings across the estate.
Support with online presence and listings focusing on responding to bookings and events enquiries.
Liaising with Credit Control to ensure proper invoicing of key accounts.
Assisting with regular company initiatives and events.
Management of the PMS in accordance with the website events page strategy.
Liaising with the house teams to ensure that centrally held venue information is correct.
Represent the Fuller's brand with professionalism and integrity in line with company values.
Skills
- Ability to maximise pre-booked revenue through consultative selling and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to spot opportunities for upselling and quick conversion of enquires.
- Commercially minded individual with an ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse workload.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Good understanding of and experience working with Collins.
- An understanding of how our pubs operate and of Fuller's as a company.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Confident and clear telephone manner.
- Building strong relationships with all venue and central teams.
- Ideal Candidate
- Ability to work on multiple enquiries/projects simultaneously.
- An individual with drive who takes responsibility for managing their time and workload, with a can-do attitude.
- Detail orientated.
- Works in a structured and methodical manner.
- Pro-active approach to problem solving
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience working in a pub environment is preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Previous in-depth experience working with Collins or other CRM system.
- Experience working in a sales and customer facing environment.
