Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Purpose of the role:

As Night Porter you will be the first point of contact for our Royal Automobile Club members, working in our beautiful London clubhouse. You will be at the forefront of member and guests welcome, ensuring a warm, friendly and courteous approach at all times.

Working pattern - 4 night shifts on and 4 night shifts off

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to member requests
  • Provide members with newspapers, tea, coffee and pastries early in the morning
  • Checking member requests throughout the night
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Late check ins
  • Monitor Turkish bath area
  • Arranging taxi transportation
  • Assisting the night manager with any emergency situations

About you:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to keep up with detailed knowledge of the local area
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a similar luxurious hospitality establishment
  • A valid driving licence
  • Problem solver
  • Team player
