Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide the highest standards of service, in line with Forbes 5-Star, always seeking to exceed our guests’ expectations.
• Bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our Norton bar.
• Deliver efficient service of drinks, providing a professional and memorable experience for all our guests
• Have extensive knowledge of our beverage offering, and confidently deliver recommendations to our guests.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised bar floor and lounge area.
• Proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us five-star standards.
