Please note, our Spa vacancies will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests
• Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
• Undertake reception and administration duties if required
• Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa
• Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process
• Follow all of the spa standards and protocols
• Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests
• Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests

Key Skills, Qualities & Experience

• Have a beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3, or equivalent is essential
• Be a confident and self-motivated individual, who presents themselves in a professional persona in all circumstances
• Previous experience working as a Therapist in a Spa is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience of working within a team
• A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to your specialisations to a five star spa service standard
• Possess a drive to learn new and innovative ways of working within a Five Star Spa for the benefits of the team’s health and fulfilling the customers bespoke Wellness aims
• Have an NVQ Level 2 in manicure, pedicure and waxing, or the equivalent
