While the majority of your shifts will be during the night, you must have the flexibility to work day shifts as operational needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, ensuring all areas are secure.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Provide a visible and approachable presence for guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold the hotel's safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing incidents, observations, and actions taken.
• Assist in managing access control and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.

About You:

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work both night and day shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle challenging situations discreetly and efficiently.
• A valid SIA license is essential.
