Who we are:
We're well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). We are looking for:
A foot mobile, Maintenance Engineer covering 22 bars across Central London. You'll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging.
Who you are:
- A jack of all trades with a can-do attitude
- Organised and efficient with an eye for detail
- A team player as well as a self-starter
- Great problem solver and able to work under pressure
- Trustworthy with good quality works
- Strong time management skills
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
- Travel between jobs in and around London to carry out reactive maintenance across assigned sites
- Visit properties to diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required
- Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken
- Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks
- Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
- Identify areas for improvement
- Implement safety policies and procedures
- Maintain expense reports
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
- Experience in all tasks including, plumbing, painting, carpentry, execution of all repair work etc
- Appropriate qualifications such as Manual Handling, CSCS, First Aid, IPAF etc
- Experience using hardware tools, power tools and electrical equipment
- Experience in the hospitality sector - restaurants, bars and venues catering to the general public (preferable)
