We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge Bar Attendant , to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Lounge Bar Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer is preferred.
• Must be able to work late hours as required by business needs.
• Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the "arrival experience") with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
• Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests' expectations.
• Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
• Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlet.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
