About us

Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the safety of all users to the Swimming Pool and associated areas.
  • Offer professional advice on the use of facilities.
  • Maintain checks on Pool chemicals levels and general day to day running of facilities.
  • Undertake cleaning of all areas within complex, as per rota.
  • General reception duties, telephone enquiries when required

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

  • National Pool Lifeguard certificate (NPLQ) is required
  • Bright personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on initiative and prepared to accept responsibility.
  • Excellent team player
  • Good health & safety knowledge essential
  • ASA teaching qualification and/or First Aid qualification advantageous, but not essential.
