Role Overview: Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in preparing dishes to the highest standards set by The Lygon Arms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef during each service, ensuring dishes meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the chef's brigade to serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
- Liaise with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to suggest improvements on dishes and service.
- Ensure the presentation, taste, texture, and quality of dishes are consistently maintained.
- Lead by example within the brigade.
About You:
- Experience at the Chef de Partie level is desirable.
- Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and confidence in team communication.
