About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee luxury short-let properties in Knightsbridge. In this dynamic role, you will ensure a seamless guest experience, manage property operations, and implement strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry and work with high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of luxury short-let properties.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and communications with exceptional service.
  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Monitor financial reports and manage property budgets.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead guest check-in/check-out processes and address guest needs promptly.
  • Leverage analytical skills to assess performance data and identify trends to drive improvements.
  • Adopt a commercial mindset when managing property operations and external teams, ensuring standards and profitability are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or property management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in property management software and online rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb).
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and numerical capability.
  • An effective decision-maker who can work well under pressure, independently resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially resourceful when managing external teams, ensuring operational standards and efficiencies are achieved.
  • A customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
