Catering Supervisor - Tonbridge, Kent

Hours: 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Annual Salary: £23,281 - £24,291 plus benefits

Tonbridge Swimming Pool are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day management of a small, high-quality catering service.

The role requires an individual who will lead the team but is also happy to be ‘hands on’ to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced exciting environment. To be successful in this role, you will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or similar) alongside experience of working in a catering environment.

The ability to think outside the box to solve problems and create opportunities is essential for this role alongside the ability to work on your own initiative and juggling priorities.

The site is open seven days a week offering grab and go hot and cold food and a selection of hot and cold beverages. We are seeking an individual who will go above and beyond to help and totally amaze our customers.

Our package includes free gym membership (at any tmactive site), discounted meals whilst on shift, the ability to cross train on other sites, and an extensive training package. There is also the ability to complete overtime/additional shifts at the other tmactive sites.
