Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £37,068 - £39,384 plus benefits

tmactive is an independent leisure trust based in Kent, operating six facilities in the local area. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

As a commercially minded Sales Manager you will be responsible for increasing sales and participation across all revenue streams including swim school, dance school, active communities, with the strongest focus being on membership sales and processes, while regularly reporting progress and challenges to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

This role focuses on revenue growth and community engagement, aligning with the trust’s mission of ‘more people, more active, more often’.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role and be able to motivate and drive the sales team to success by being target driven. You must have excellent managerial, leadership and performance management skills. You will also be numerate, have excellent communication skills alongside a good level of computer literacy. Experience working within the Leisure environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
