Location: THE PIG in the Cotswolds, Cirencester, Gloucestershire. GL7 5EE
Flexible hours/contract and work patterns available
15 per hour OTE (inclusive of Tronc)

The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- A roll-up your sleeve, get stuck in approach to all tasks assigned by the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef.
- Working collaboratively, ensuring your section meets to timescales.
- Preparation and cooking of meat, fish, veg including hot & cold starters and main courses.
- Supporting the pastry section as/when required.
- Ensuring a clean and organised workstation.
Our kitchens are busy and bustling. Come with enthusiasm, your knives and a bucketful of passion and we can help you develop the rest. Experience as a Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
